Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Pricing & Promotions)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Role Summary:

Drive business requirements, analysis, and delivery of pricing, promotions, merchandising, and customer eligibility solutions for a multi-tenant retail platform supporting multiple retail banners

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Work with Pricing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Product, and Technology teams.
- Define pricing, promotions, markdowns, and customer eligibility rules.
- Create user stories,



process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support multi-banner configuration and alignment.
- Analyze integrations with POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Master Data systems.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Robust retail experience in Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Loyalty.
- Knowledge of pricing hierarchies, promotional campaigns, markdowns, and offer management.
- Agile experience using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Retail, Mark's, or other multi-banner retailers.
- Knowledge of Triangle Rewards and retail promotion engines.
- Experience with multi-tenant or configuration-driven platforms.
