Responsibilities

- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy weekends
- Assist servers by delivering clean dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly
- Keep dining areas clean and organized by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables regularly
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs
- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils as needed throughout shifts
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a high-energy environment,

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving chairs
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments can be advantageous but is not mandatory
