About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a major financial services project focused on Treasury technology, vendor integration, and enterprise system implementation.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to analyze requirements, support system integration, and deliver scalable technology solutions related to Asset Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Interest Rate Risk (IRR).

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior BSA with strong technical delivery experience, financial services knowledge, and expertise in complex data-intensive environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements related to ALM, FTP, and IRR.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs and rules into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state processes, system integrations, application architectures, and data flows.
- Create and maintain technical artifacts, including data flow diagrams, process models, system architecture diagrams, and message mapping documents.
- Support QRM platform implementation and related Treasury technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work with development and testing teams to support solution design, system integration, testing, and implementation.




- Assist with test scenario development, defect triage, requirements traceability, and validation activities across SIT, UAT, performance, and operational acceptance testing.
- Perform SQL-based analysis of large and complex datasets to investigate discrepancies, validate data, and support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data lineage, source-to-target mappings, data catalogs, governance documentation, and control artifacts.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, maintain traceability, and support Agile delivery.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, reusability, and delivery standards.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant business systems analysis and technology delivery experience.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing, integrating, or supporting QRM or comparable Treasury/ALM platforms, OR delivering large-scale enterprise system implementations in financial services, risk, Treasury, or other complex data-intensive environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology delivery practices and the SDLC, including design, development, testing, and implementation.




- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Proven experience translating business requirements and business rules into technical requirements and maintaining end-to-end traceability.
- Hands-on experience with data integration, system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
- Strong process modeling and diagramming skills, including data flows, system architecture, and business process maps.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, Agile delivery, and project documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery.
- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and system integration patterns.
- Robust communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with QRM platform implementation.
- Knowledge of financial products, balance sheet management, Treasury operations, ALM, FTP, and interest rate risk management.
- Experience with Python, SQL, PowerShell, or other programming and scripting languages.
- Knowledge of Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings, data lineage, integration specifications, and data governance artifacts.
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline
