Position: Business Systems Analyst With supporting iOS and Android mobile application Experience
Location: Toronto, Canada Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting iOS and Android mobile application development and enhancement initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for mobile app features and releases.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and development teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, UAT, defect triage, and release planning using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Telecom industry experience is a robust advantage, with exposure to customer self-service, digital journeys, account management, commerce, or support applications.
