Regional Kitchens is a small family run business led by the owner/operator with more than 40 years of experience in the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry industry producing high-quality custom kitchen cabinetry and millwork.

You will work directly alongside the owner (operator) receiving direct mentorship from the owner.

What We Offer

Competitive Wage: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Full-time stable employment opportunity in Cambridge Ontario.

Standard working hours of Monday through Friday with occasional overtime or weekends as required.

You will experience the full process of custom cabinet fabrication from raw material through to assembly, finishing, and installation.

Job requirements

- Genuine interest in cabinet making, millwork, or carpentry
- Able to take direction and follow instructions carefully
- Self-motivation and reliability.
- Maintains a valid Class G Driver’s License.
- Maintains a clean 2-year Driver’s Abstract.
- Has the physical ability to lift and handle large panels and materials (50lbs/25kg or more).
- Previous experience in cabinet making, installation, carpentry, woodworking,



or related trade.
- Experienced with operation of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Knowledge of finishing and spray-painting processes.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment (dust, noise, finishing chemicals)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with inventory and the loading/unloading of materials from service trucks.
- Assist with measurement, fabrication, and replacement cabinet production.
- Assist with material handling, cutting, and preparation for CNC operations.
- Assist with prep-work including sanding, finishing operations and spray booth support.
- Assist with cabinet assembly including box construction, face frames, doors, and drawer boxes.
- Assist with on-site installation of cabinet and millwork orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and workstations.
