Northland Properties is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a full time, on-site role in Calgary, AB. You will perform routine and corrective maintenance, inspect systems, respond to requests, and assist with preventive maintenance schedules.

You will work with hand and power tools, coordinate with leasing and housekeeping teams, and report to the property manager, ensuring safety standards and accurate records of work performed.
