Leader oversees a energetic group of specialist Solutions Architects dedicated to enhancing AWS cloud adoption across businesses. You will leverage proficiency in Generative AI, Analytics, and other AWS services to guide customers and facilitate meaningful C-suite discussions. This role reports directly to the Solution Architect Country leader, focusing on national prioritization of resource investments and customer strategy development. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead high-performing specialist Solutions Architects




- Develop relationships with technical leaders for executive discussions
- Represent AWS in public speaking and high-level technical talks
- Identify adoption opportunities with emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition Requirements:
- 8+ years managing a technical team
- Cloud service provider experience with AWS, Azure, etc.
- Direct customer engagement with C-suite executives
- Proven technical leadership and architecture skills
