Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their visit
- Operate various car wash equipment safely and effectively to clean vehicles thoroughly
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks, including washing, drying, vacuuming, and window polishing
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized
- Assist customers with questions about services offered and recommend additional options when appropriate




- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during the cleaning process
- Complete routine checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and report any malfunctions promptly

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
