Reporting to the Director of Career Education, this full-time role requires co-designing a Life Design curriculum that blends academic learning with career development.

You’ll guide undergraduate and graduate students as they navigate personal and qualified pathways, while also fostering an inclusive and equitable coaching environment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in refining Yorkville's Career Education Center and supporting students' ambitions. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one and group coaching for students
- Integrate Life Design principles into career strategies




- Collaborate with faculty on learning experiences
- Engage with employers for programming insights
- Design inclusive coaching approaches promoting equity Requirements:
- Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
