Our membership platform provides free career resources, self-study guides, educational videos, and access to paid coaching and consulting services. We're looking for experienced Career Development Coaches / Consultants who can help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and preparation.

What you will do

Depending on your expertise, you may support clients with:

- Resume development and improvement
- Cover-letter preparation
- LinkedIn profile and personal-brand development
- Job-search strategy
- Interview preparation and practice
- Professional communication
- Workplace expectations and confidence
- Career planning and career transitions
- Support for newcomers and internationally trained professionals
- Goal-setting, accountability, and professional development

You may provide support through one-on-one coaching, virtual sessions, workshops, recorded content, or practical self-study resources.

Relevant education, certifications, and professional experience are welcome. Experience supporting newcomers, internationally trained professionals, students, graduates, or career changers is an asset.
