Job Summary

Reinhardt Builders is a family-run company that builds dairy barns, chicken barns, hog barns, and sheds for farms in our community. Our crew starts once the foundation is ready. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our team, whether you're experienced or eager to learn. This is agricultural construction only: we don't do electrical work, house builds, or renovations.

Responsibilities

- Frame walls and set roof trusses
- Install steel roofing, steel trims, and ridge caps
- Install chimneys, man doors, and large doors
- Complete interior work, including plywood, steel cladding, and ceiling liners
- Read basic plans and follow direction from the crew lead
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and protected

Experience

- Construction, carpentry, or farm experience is an asset, but not required
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Able to lift heavy materials, work at heights,



and work outdoors in all seasons
- Dependable, on time, and a good team player
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Working at Heights and WHMIS training [required / we'll help you get certified]

Pay: $17.60-$28.00 per hour
