Responsibilities

Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with daily tasks, ensuring smooth workflow on-site

Prepare work areas by measuring, cutting, and organizing materials using hand tools and power tools

Support the installation of frameworks, drywall, siding, flooring, tile, and cabinetry with precision and care

Help with concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to lay strong foundations

Participate in construction painting, caulking, roofing, and siding projects to enhance building durability and aesthetics

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements





Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential

Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction safety standards

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate task execution

Familiarity with woodworking, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and cabinetry is a plus

Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours in office; excellent teamwork skills are vital

Additional skills such as plumbing, electrical experience, CNC operation, or handyman work are advantageous but not mandatory

Construction experience involving roofing, siding, masonry or restoration projects will set you apart

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
