Job Summary

Canton Express is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cashier / Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role involves serving customers at the front counter while also assisting with basic kitchen preparation and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and take orders.

- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments.

- Answer phone orders.

- Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately.

- Assist with basic food preparation.

- Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen.

- Restock supplies and packaging.

- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

- Help with opening and closing duties.

- Work as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Customer service or restaurant experience is an asset.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

- Food Handler Certification is required.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
