Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision and accountability
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about merchandise to support customer purchasing decisions
- Upsell complementary products through effective communication and understanding of customer needs
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured items
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product placement to ensure the store remains inviting and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by balancing multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Use phone etiquette skills when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus for roles involving technical merchandise
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are advantageous
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail merchandising enhances your effectiveness in this role
