Overview

Position is for mainly evening and weekends. Part Time We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote store products and services to customers
- Receive stock and replenish stock on shelves/cooler

Requirements

- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in sales or retail is a plus




- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Experience with upselling techniques is beneficial
- Familiarity with phone etiquette is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
