- Conduct software and network configuration and troubleshooting
- Install and configure software on PCs and laptops
- Set up printers and other peripherals efficiently
- Diagnose and repair PC hardware and software issues
- Deliver training on computer and printer usage Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED; technical experience preferred
- 1 year experience in an enterprise IT setting
- Knowledge of Windows software installation and troubleshooting
