We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant to join our vibrant dental team!

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist the dentist during various procedures including exams, restorations, root canals, orthodontics, and pediatrics.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Provide patient education on oral health care, post-treatment instructions, and preventive practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
Experience
- Certification as a Dental Assistant from an accredited program is required.
- Knowledge of orthodontics procedures and pediatric dentistry is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care enhances communication with patients and team members.
- Experience assisting with orthodontic treatments or working in pediatric dentistry settings is advantageous.
- Robust understanding of dental assisting best practices, sterilization procedures, and safety standards is essential.
