Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Charter Aircraft Sales Representative will interact with new and existing clients to provide third-party charters for Execaire and Image Air fleet aircraft, as well as sub-charters for clients when fleet aircraft are not available.

The Charter Sales

Representative must have a strong commercial demeanor and be able to convert travel requests into revenue-generating flights and act as a results-oriented solution provider.

Responsibilities

- Comply with company procedures and policies
- Analyze customer needs and match them to aircraft capabilities, consulting Operations as necessary. Work with the team to find an optimal solution for customers and Execaire.
- Prepare and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and other promotional opportunities at the local, regional, or national level. Gather market intelligence to maintain competitiveness.
- Maintain a record of prospects, customer contacts, wins, and losses in the database
- Prepare and submit quotes to customers
- Organize charter flights, including schedules, passenger names, ground transportation and catering requests, client preferences, etc. Find sub-charters when fleet aircraft are not available
- Follow up on ongoing charter flights




- Resolve issues and provide ongoing support
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Promote sales to existing clients to pursue future opportunities and establish recent client relationships to increase the client base.
- Keep quote statistics up to date
- Review and approve post-flight billing for accounting
- Publish monthly/quarterly customer reports and maintain active scorecards
- Update aircraft information for marketing initiatives
- Update information on sub-charter companies (fleet, hourly rate, insurance, operating certificates, etc.)
- Work on special projects as needed
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales

Requirements

- College or university degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the aviation field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Autonomous - demonstrates initiative and motivation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- English is required for this position, as the incumbent will need to negotiate with clients at both the national and international levels
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to think/work creatively and independently
