Prime Performance & Therapy is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Chiropractor to join our growing Courtenay team.

Our Courtenay location opened in April 2026, making this an ideal time to join the team and play an important role in establishing and growing our presence in the Comox Valley.

About Prime Performance & Therapy

Prime Performance & Therapy is a therapist-centered rehabilitation and performance clinic built around collaboration, communication, and high-quality patient care.

Our original Nanaimo location was established in 2013 and has developed a strong reputation as a leading rehabilitation and performance facility on Central Vancouver Island. Building on that foundation, we opened our Courtenay location in April 2026 to bring the same collaborative approach to the Comox Valley.

We intentionally maintain a small-to-medium-sized team, allowing our practitioners to work closely together under one roof. Our clinic environment encourages regular communication, collaboration, and professional engagement between practitioners.

Prime operates as a truly interdisciplinary clinic. Communication between healthcare professionals is natural and encouraged, allowing our team to work together to provide patients with the appropriate care and expertise for their individual needs.

We believe in putting the patient experience first. Rather than competing for patients, our practitioners work together to ensure each individual receives care from the professional best suited to their needs.

Compensation & Flexibility

- 70% practitioner split
- No long-term contracts
- Flexible scheduling to suit your preferred availability

- Bi-weekly payments, including outstanding third-party payments such as ICBC and WorkSafeBC
- Direct billing available for third-party insurers
