- Troubleshoot Windows OS and applications across the enterprise
- Implement automated solutions for endpoint provisioning
- Analyze incidents and operational trends for improvements




- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for support
- Ensure consistent, secure, and scalable endpoint environments Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience with Windows endpoints
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PowerShell and endpoint configuration tools
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Intune and desktop software support
- Experience with Citrix or VMware for VDI Drive technological advancements in endpoint management while supporting CIBC’s mission to deliver exceptional client service.
