Devonshire Vape and Cigar is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Sales Specialist with a passion for premium cigars, fine tobacco, and great customer service. We take pride in creating a welcoming, upscale atmosphere where both cigar connoisseurs and new customers feel at home.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with expert recommendations on cigars, tobacco, and vape products
- Share insights on cigar origins, flavor notes, pairings, and proper storage
- Maintain humidor conditions and ensure products are fresh and well presented
- Process sales accurately and efficiently while offering a professional, personal touch
- Restock and organize inventory to keep the store inviting and well supplied
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace

Qualifications:

- Must be 19 years of age or older (as required by BC law)
- Strong cigar knowledge – familiarity with premium brands,



cuts, wrappers, and humidor care
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable handling tobacco and vape-related products
- Able to work evenings and weekends
