Canadian Prairie Transport is a Transportation services provider specialized in delivering dry and temp. controlled shipments. We provide full truckload and less than truckload services throughout Canada and the USA.

We are looking for Class 1 City Drivers for City of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Below are the details of the position:

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 months of verifiable highway driving experience is preferred. In cab training programs available for new drivers.
- Clean driving record required.
- Reefer operating knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to Travel to US
- Team oriented work attitude.

Responsibilities:





- Pick-up and delivery of dry and reefer freight throughout Manitoba.
- Work safely and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
