What will your typical day look like?

MyBookly is actively seeking a sharp, persistent appointment setter to fuel our outbound pipeline. You'll work independently and remotely, reaching out to qualified leads and turning cold and warm contacts into booked discovery calls for our sales team.

Tasks will include

- Making outbound calls and sending messages (phone, email, LinkedIn) to prospective clients in the crypto and digital asset space
- Qualifying leads against our ICP before booking calls
- Following a proven script and objection-handling framework, while adapting tone to fit the prospect
- Logging every touchpoint and outcome accurately in our CRM (GHL)
- Hitting weekly booked-call quotas and showing up consistently

We are currently recruiting for individuals available for ongoing part-time work, 15-25 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to full-time based on performance.

As an independent contractor, you'll work directly with MyBookly's founder and sales team.



We're a lean, rapid-moving accounting firm built for digital asset investors and crypto-native founders who are sick of accountants who don't understand their business. Every booked call you set directly fuels our growth.

You are someone with

- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Strong, confident phone presence; you're not afraid of rejection
- Excellent written communication for email/LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable working with a CRM and following a structured process
- Self-driven, coachable, and competitive; you want to win, not just clock hours
- Bonus: familiarity with crypto, digital assets, or working with founders/entrepreneurs

Please also note the following:
- You'll be required to use our CRM (GHL) and follow our outreach scripts and tracking process
- Performance is reviewed weekly based on booked calls and show-up rate
- You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls
