In this role, you will provide leadership for the organization's Client Safety Program, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement of safety frameworks. You will collaborate with operational leaders and facilitate a culture of safety by incorporating educational initiatives and proactive strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead VHA’s Client Safety Program development and implementation
- Establish and monitor client safety priorities and goals




- Provide organization-wide consultation on client safety expertise
- Chair the Client Safety Committee governance
- Monitor safety trends and advance harm prevention strategies Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a health-related field
- Minimum five years experience in patient/client safety
- Certification in patient/client safety required
- Experience leading organizational safety initiatives
