Overview

We are a growing wealth management practice with Assante Wealth Management looking for an experienced, highly organized and client-focused qualified to join our team.

As our Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice. You will be a primary point of contact for clients, coordinate meetings and follow-up activities, assist with account administration and new client onboarding, and work closely with our advisors to ensure client needs are handled accurately and promptly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships but is equally strong at organization and execution. You take initiative, pay close attention to detail, communicate professionally, and enjoy being the person who makes sure things get done.

Responsibilities

- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, responding to requests and ensuring a high level of professional and timely service.
- Build solid, long-term relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their families, priorities and service needs.
- Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, documentation and follow-up.
- Track action items and client requests to ensure commitments are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with new client onboarding, account opening, transfers and other administrative processes.
- Prepare and process client documentation and coordinate with internal departments and external partners as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within our CRM and other systems.
- Support advisors with client communications,



meeting preparation and day-to-day practice management.
- Help identify and implement improvements to client service and internal processes.
- Coordinate client events, communications and other relationship-building initiatives.
- Assist with marketing and community initiatives while ensuring activities remain consistent with our brand and compliance requirements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to help the practice run efficiently.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, professional services or another high-touch client-service environment is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments and work independently.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial-services technology is an asset.
- Knowledge of investments, financial planning or personal finance is an asset.
- Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism when working with confidential client information.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
