Our Client Service Representatives are the first voice our clients hear on the phone and often the first person they see when they walk through our doors. This is not simply a position answering phones and booking appointments. You are an key connection between our clients, their pets, and our veterinary team.

We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, personable, and comfortable having conversations with people from all walks of life.

You may be a great fit for our team if:

- You are comfortable picking up the phone and speaking confidently with clients — not just relying on email or text.
- You listen carefully, ask good questions, and can gather the information our veterinary team needs.

- You can explain information in a way that is friendly, professional, and easy to understand.
- You are comfortable navigating emotional or occasionally difficult conversations while remaining calm and respectful.
- You are friendly and approachable while still maintaining professional boundaries.
- You notice when someone needs help and take initiative rather than waiting to be asked.
- You can manage phones, clients, appointments, messages,



and competing priorities without losing track of the details.
- You are dependable, punctual, and understand that your teammates rely on you.
- You accept feedback well, learn from mistakes, and ask questions when you are unsure.
- You enjoy being part of a team and are willing to help wherever reasonably needed.
- You are looking for a long-term position where you can become an important part of the clinic.

Veterinary experience is an asset, but excellent people skills are essential. We are willing to teach the right person about veterinary medicine and our clinic systems. What we need you to bring is the ability to communicate, connect with people, use good judgment, and genuinely care about providing excellent client service. Veterinary medicine can be busy, emotional, funny, unpredictable, and incredibly rewarding. We need someone who can remain kind and composed when the phones are ringing, appointments are arriving, and several people need something at once.
