- Direct day-to-day operations and client service delivery

- Facilitate assessments and develop service plans
- Lead the recruitment and development of staff
- Track service outcomes and compliance metrics Requirements:
- Over 5 years in clinical management roles
- Proven experience in healthcare team leadership
- Relevant healthcare degree or equivalent experience
- Active registration with a healthcare regulatory body
