CNC AMADA TURRET PUNCH PRESS PROGRAMMER/SETTER/OPERATOR

We are a leading exhaust fan manufacturer located in Woodbridge, currently looking for an experienced CNC AMADA PUNCH PROGRAMMER/ SETTER/OPERATOR to work in our sheet metal fabrication plant facility.

Responsibilities:

· Performs daily machine Startup and shutdown procedures on machining

· Analyze material utilization and make improvement to the CNC programming to achieve desired improvement.

· Reviews shop drawings in order to create and/or modify programs

· Performs first off inspections to ensure components meet the drawing specifications

Experience:

· CNC programming experience using Dr. ABE software from Amada will be an asset.

· Setter/Operation experience with Amada fabrication equipment.

· Ability to load, unload, change and modify programs as required

· Prior experience in a metal/steel manufacturing environment.

· Minimum 3 years of work experience operating, and programming Amada punching machines.

Mon-Fri, 8am – 4.30pm, ½ an hour Lunch
