About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating HOMAG CNC panel saws and a strong understanding of fabricating and machining processes. This position requires true attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate and set up HOMAG CNC panel saws safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret production drawings, cut lists, and work orders.
- Load materials and ensure accurate cutting according to specifications.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Optimize material usage and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of CNC saw operating experience.
- Experience operating HOMAG CNC equipment is required.




- Ability to read shop drawings and production documents.
- Strong measuring and mathematical skills is KEY.
- Knowledge of fibreglass material, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours - mornings (7:30am - 4:30pm) or evenings (6:00pm -3:00am)
