We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team! In this role, you will be the key driver in connecting clients with tailored insurance solutions that protect their businesses and assets. Your energetic approach to outside sales, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will help you build lasting relationships with clients.
As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will leverage your analysis skills and industry knowledge to identify client needs, negotiate optimal policies, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts and retail sales strategies
- Engage with clients via telemarketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate commercial insurance policies
- Negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and policy updates
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly in multiple languages, including Spanish and bilingual interactions
Requirements
- Prior Experience as a broker for past 2 - 3 Years Minimum,
working Full time with a brokerage handling commercial clients.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales roles with a focus on commercial clients
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service environments is preferred
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to insurance products and client acquisition
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual capabilities (Fluent English is Must or other languages) are a plus
