Armour Insurance – Brampton East is looking for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Sales & Service Associate to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of insurance brokerage experience, preferably with experience in Transportation and Small Commercial Lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and submit commercial insurance applications
- Handle Transportation & Small Commercial files
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Prepare and follow up on invoices and payments
- Communicate with clients by phone and email
- Follow up on outstanding documents and information
- Assist with new business submissions and renewals
- Follow up with insurance companies and underwriters
- Maintain accurate and organized client files
- Track outstanding items and follow-ups
- Provide day-to-day commercial insurance service support

REQUIREMENTS ✔ 1–2 years of commercial insurance brokerage experience





✔ Transportation / Small Commercial experience preferred

✔ Familiarity with PowerBroker required

✔ Experience with commercial applications and submissions

✔ Knowledge of certificates, invoicing and policy documentation

✔ Strong communication and email skills

✔ Excellent organization and follow-up skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines

✔ RIBO licence is an asset
