Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Millwork Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex millwork projects within the commercial sector. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities

- Lead the full lifecycle of commercial millwork projects from initial concept through installation, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Review and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to develop accurate project plans and to project manage store fixtures jobs including: planning, organization and monitoring of job progress, activities and maintaining strong, accountable, effective relationships with clients, client representatives, in-house staff, trucking and logistic companies, installers etc. to ensure assigned jobs are quoted, materials requisition confirmed, products manufactured according to spec, packaged, shipped, installed and invoiced on time, within budget and according to ISPA quality standards.
- To work with clients regarding reasonable order changes and to source & develop new clients and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, general contractors (GC's)



and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Prepare accurate construction estimates using construction estimating techniques and ensure alignment with project scope.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions.
- Manage procurement processes including sourcing materials, tracking deliveries, and controlling costs to optimize project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other essential documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management within the millwork or any related/adjacent industry.
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency using ERP systems for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation control.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and quality assurance protocols in a commercial millwork environment.
