Become a key player at Aviva Canada as a Senior Actuarial Analyst within the Commercial P&C; Pricing team, working in a hybrid format. You will collaborate closely with various teams, leveraging your actuarial skills to drive market insights and develop predictive models. Additionally, your leadership in mentoring will strengthen Aviva’s actuarial community and promote continuous improvement in pricing techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to tailor analytical outputs
- Optimize SAS pricing processes and spearhead improvements
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
- Analyze rate reviews for diverse commercial products
- Work with Data Science on model validation and enhancement Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or a related field
- 3 years of actuarial experience in P&C; pricing
- Progress toward SOA or CAS designation with 3 exams
- Proficient in SAS and other analytical tools preferred
