Are you a people person who loves design, enjoys working with customers, and has a knack for numbers?

We’re looking for a motivated Flooring Sales Representative to join our team!

You’ll work with a wide variety of customers and projects, including retail, new home construction, insurance replacement, and commercial flooring.

What You'll Do

- Help customers choose the right flooring for their needs
- Prepare quotes and work with measurements and numbers
- Develop relationships with homeowners, builders, insurance clients, and commercial customers
- Coordinate with our team, suppliers, and installers
- Follow projects from the initial sale through completion

What We're Looking For ✅ Flooring or interior design experience is preferred

✅ Sales or retail experience is an asset

✅ Strong math and measurement skills

✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✅ Reliable, organized, and self-motivated





✅ Team player with a positive attitude

✅ Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
