This role focuses on market pricing, annual merit, and incentive programs within a large organization. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce, and the ability to provide valuable data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Support job evaluation and market pricing for employee groups
- Administer annual merit and incentive plans with exact forecasting
- Analyze market data for sound compensation recommendations
- Prepare reports and cost models for HR and leadership
- Contribute to compensation policy and pay equity initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
