What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and setting forms on site
- Reading grade stakes and setting proper elevations
- Raking and grading gravel base
- Packing and prepping base
- Assisting with site prep and layout
- Stripping forms after pours
Requirements:
- Experience forming concrete (driveways & sidewalks preferred)
- Comfortable using levels, lasers, and hand tools
- Physically fit and able to rake/grade gravel
- Reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and works hard
Bonus If You Have:
- Skid steer experience
- Experience with small crew concrete work
- Own basic hand tools
