We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

- Place and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers to achieve a high-quality surface finish.
- Install rebar reinforcement and formwork according to blueprints and schematics, ensuring structural integrity.
- Operate heavy equipment like power trowels, screeds, and mixers to facilitate efficient concrete placement and finishing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
- Perform masonry tasks, including setting forms, repairing existing concrete structures, and restoring damaged surfaces.
- Use hand tools and power tools for tasks such as caulking,



drywall installation, flooring setup, and welding when necessary.
- Assist with renovation projects by preparing surfaces through cleaning, grinding, or removal of old materials.
- Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols; handle concrete placement on floors or walls with precision.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete finishing
- Mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in concrete finishing and heavy equipment operation.
- Skilled in rebar installation, form setting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks.
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, equipment operation, and general construction practices.
