Broomie Cleaning Services is a Calgary-based commercial cleaning company specializing in post-construction, move-out, and commercial janitorial cleaning. We partner with builders and property management companies across the city. We're growing and looking for reliable, independent cleaning subcontractors looking to take on more jobs during the week.

Types of Work Available

Rough Cleans: Cleaning active construction sites during the build phase, including sweeping, vacuuming, removing dust and debris, and keeping work areas explicit for trades.

Final Cleans: Detailed post-construction cleaning to prepare new builds for handover. This includes removing stickers, paint overspray, and residue, and cleaning windows, tracks, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, baseboards, and floors.

Lot Cleanups: Clearing job sites by picking up leftover construction materials and debris and loading them into construction bins.

Move-Out Cleans: Deep cleaning vacant units and homes so they're ready for new tenants, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and walls.

Requirements

- Experience in construction cleaning, move-out cleaning, or commercial cleaning
- Operating as a self-employed contractor or registered business.
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle to travel between job sites




- [Own general cleaning tools and equipment / Specialty supplies provided by Broomie]
- Steel-toe boots and appropriate PPE for construction sites
- CSTS or WHMIS certification is an asset
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet builder and property manager standards
