Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist skilled tradespeople in completing various construction projects efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful execution of building, renovation, and restoration tasks.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while supporting a team-oriented and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers,
- Handle and operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to aid in project execution
- Mix and apply materials such as concrete, drywall compounds, caulking, paint, or flooring materials




- Help with the installation of cabinets, tiles, flooring, drywall, and other fixtures
- Support site safety protocols by maintaining proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards

Qualifications

- Willingness to learn new skills , your own transportation, experience in some sort of construction capacity is desired, but not necessary, I am looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and can learn quick grow into a leadership role.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
