Integra Building Systems is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on, motivated person to join our team!

This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing one task all day. One day you might be framing, the next installing doors and hardware, making material deliveries, completing finishing work, landscaping, or helping put the final touches on a project.

If you enjoy working with your hands, learning recent skills, staying busy, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same. Your work may include:

- General construction and job-site tasks
- Framing and finishing work
- Installing doors, bathroom hardware, blinds, and other fixtures
- Material pickups and deliveries to job sites
- Job-site organization and cleanup
- Landscaping and exterior work
- Assisting with deficiencies and project finishing
- Tackling the miscellaneous jobs that help bring a project across the finish line

Who We're Looking For We're less concerned about you knowing how to do everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing a job properly.

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills
- Are dependable and show up ready to work
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in the details and quality of your work




- Can recognize what needs to be done and take initiative
- Are comfortable using ladders and completing physical work
- Are comfortable working outdoors when required (although most work is indoors)
- Have a positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Enjoy variety and don't want to do the exact same thing every day
