Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Construction Project Support role is at the heart of our organization. You’ll play an important part in keeping projects moving smoothly and ensuring our customers and team receive exceptional service.

From coordinating logistics and processing orders to completing data entry and providing customer support, this position has a reach throughout the organization

This is more than just an administrative role. It’s an prospect to work alongside a great team, contribute to the success of our construction projects, and help us deliver the best possible RTM (Ready-to-Move) homes to our customers.

Duties:

- Process and receive invoices for payment
- Updating and maintaining projects, with quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing and service/warranty.
- Manage a shared Outlook Inbox for internal and external customer communications, adhering to quick turnaround response times.
- Complete customer walkthroughs.
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional and effective manner.
- Manage multiple projects
- Effective time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.




- General administrative support duties.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- 1–2 years of office or administrative experience
- Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills, with a customer-service-focused approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, customers, and sub-trades
- A continuous-improvement mindset with a willingness to learn and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Knowledge of or experience with building materials or the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with project management software is an asset
- Experience with BisTrack is an asset
