Salary: $43k to $48k

Job Summary The Consultant, Waste Audit Reporting, will be an integral part of the Sustainability Division. Reporting to the Manager, Sustainability & Audit Services and the Team Lead, Waste Audit Reporting, this role supports the delivery of comprehensive waste audit services and sustainability initiatives for clients across Canada. The successful candidate will analyze and verify data, prepare reports and presentations, and support client engagement activities that help improve waste diversion rates and sustainability outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

- Assist with sustainability reporting requirements and client requests.

- Verify, analyze, and present waste audit data using Excel, formal reports, and presentations.

- Identify trends, changes, and opportunities through detailed data analysis.





- Prepare comprehensive waste audit reports, including waste reduction work plans and recommendations.

- Present findings and recommendations to clients in collaboration with the National Accounts team.

- Support clients in implementing waste diversion and sustainability initiatives.

- Develop and deliver sustainability engagement programs, education sessions, and awareness campaigns.

- Respond to client sustainability inquiries and provide subject matter support.

- Assist with marketing and communication initiatives, including presentations, signage, and social media content.

- Contribute to innovative solutions that help clients achieve sustainability goals and improve waste management practices.

- Ability to travel across Canada to complete Waste Audits.

What We Are Looking For

- University degree or college diploma in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline, or relevant industry experience in lieu of formal education.

- Experience with data analysis, sustainability reporting, and waste management practices.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and report-writing capabilities.

- Experience delivering client engagement programs, training sessions, or educational content is considered an asset.

- Knowledge of sustainability principles, waste diversion programs, and environmental best practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong client relationships.

- A proactive mindset with a passion for sustainability and continuous improvement.
