About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Content Writers & Editors to contribute to a project focused on evaluating and improving advanced AI systems. In this role, you will apply your expertise in writing, editing, content evaluation, and language quality assessment to help train next-generation AI models.

Your work will focus on assessing written content, identifying quality issues, providing editorial feedback, and evaluating AI-generated text for clarity, coherence, accuracy, and overall effectiveness. No prior AI experience is required — your writing and editorial expertise are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess the clarity, coherence, accuracy, and effectiveness of written content.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Detect low-quality, repetitive, misleading, or poorly structured content.
- Review and edit documents for grammar, syntax, style, tone, consistency, and readability.
- Provide detailed written evaluations and constructive editorial feedback.
- Analyze content quality and contribute recommendations to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Annotate and classify content according to project guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams to maintain consistency across evaluations.
- Document findings and assessments accurately and professionally.
- Complete assigned work within project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong professional-level written English skills.
- Demonstrated experience in content writing, editing, proofreading, content evaluation, or quality assurance.




- Excellent understanding of grammar, syntax, style, tone, and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle writing issues.
- Ability to provide clear, objective, and actionable feedback.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable reviewing large volumes of written content while maintaining consistency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English, writing professionally, or editing published content.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated content or digital content quality.
- Familiarity with content review, annotation, moderation, or editorial workflows.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Availability during Australia or Asia-Pacific business hours is a plus.
