Duties

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to support their independence and comfort
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to individual dietary needs, ensuring safety and enjoyment during mealtimes
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a friendly and engaging atmosphere
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic living environment
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including toileting and transfers, while respecting their privacy and preferences
- Document care provided, observe changes in residents’ conditions,



and communicate updates to the care team promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in senior care or caring for individuals with disabilities or dementia is advantageous
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate, patient attitude
- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents
- Certification or training in home care or caregiving is a plus; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if required
