Cook – Family Pizza Minnedosa

Family Pizza is looking for a reliable, energetic Cook to join our team!

You’ll help prepare our pizzas, pastas, wings, ribs and other menu favourites while making sure every order is made properly and on time. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, can keep up when things get busy and takes pride in serving great food.

Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but we’re also happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties

- Prepare pizzas, pastas, wings, ribs and other Family Pizza menu items
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and preparation standards
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
- Keep kitchen areas, equipment and workstations clean and organized
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation and food safety procedures
- Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed




- Work with the rest of the team during busy lunch and dinner periods
- Assist with other kitchen and restaurant duties as required

What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Willingness to learn Family Pizza recipes and procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
