We are seeking an experienced, talented and passionate cook to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service with 3+ years of culinary experience with a deep understanding of kitchen operations. As a cook, you will be responsible for creating a variety of Italian meals, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food preparation. Duties

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Involvement in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.

-Operate and maintain the pizza oven, ensuring optimal cooking temperatures and techniques.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.

Experience
- Proven 3+ years’ experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines,



and food safety practices.

-Solid knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in meal preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
