We are currently seeking a Deployment / Cutover Coordinator to support the preparation and execution of SAP deployments.

In this role, you will coordinate the various teams involved to ensure that deployment activities are planned, tracked and executed in accordance with the cutover plan.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Maintain the detailed deployment and cutover plan.

Coordinate activities with the functional, technical, infrastructure, security, data and integration teams.

Track tasks, dependencies, timelines and owners.

Organize cutover readiness and follow up meetings.

Maintain readiness checklists and entry/exit criteria.

Identify and escalate risks, issues and delays.

Coordinate communications during deployment activities.

Document progress and produce status reports.

Support go live and stabilization activities.

Required Skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Good understanding of the SAP project lifecycle.

Ability to manage multiple teams and dependencies simultaneously.

Experience with project planning and tracking tools.

Ability to work effectively under pressure during deployment periods.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent command of French and English.

Required Qualifications

University or college diploma in information technology, project management or a related field.

Experience with SAP implementation or migration projects.

Experience with cutover or deployment activities.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an asset.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000–$100,000.
