Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a quick-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.

Duties

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to customers as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with food preparation, serving, or cashiering is a plus.
