CMHA Kelowna & District is hiring a full-time CRCL Dispatcher in Kelowna, BC. You will handle crisis calls/texts for ages 13+, perform assessments, provide de-escalation, and coordinate dispatch with emergency services while maintaining client confidentiality.
The role requires 3–5 years’ crisis experience, a mental health degree, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits are offered and in office shifts run Mon–Thu 11am–9pm.
