Job Summary We are looking for a certified First Aid Attendant and Construction Safety Officer to join our team in British Columbia. You will manage emergency first aid responses and oversee daily workplace health and safety protocols. Your goal is to maintain a safe work environment that fully complies with WorkSafeBC standards. Key Responsibilities: First Aid & Emergency Response

- Deliver prompt and effective first aid treatment to injured or ill workers.
- Maintain the workplace first aid station, supplies, and WorkSafeBC-aligned first aid kits.
- Record all incidents accurately in the first aid records and emergency logs.
- Coordinate emergency transport procedures if higher medical care is required.

Health & Safety Compliance
- Inspect the worksite regularly to identify hazards or unsafe practices.
- Support the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) or worker safety representative.
- Lead safety orientations and training sessions for new or young workers.
- Ensure mandatory safety notices, maps, and emergency routes are properly posted.

Qualifications & Requirements




- Valid WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 3 Certificate
- Valid Transportation Endorsement (if required by site hazard assessment).
- Recognized safety designation NCSO, CSO is required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a safety-sensitive or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of British Columbia Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis-management skills.

- Competitive Wage: $32.00 per hour starting wage, 4% vacation. After 3 month probation, rate increases to $36.00 per hour and 6% vacation.
